New Member Application Instructions
Welcome to the Sons and Daughters of the Sons of Italy, Local Lodge #1191. We are pleased to accept your application and look forward to you joining our Lodge. Please follow the Steps to Membership below.
Steps to Membership:
2. Mail your completed application with your signature and your Sponsor's signature to our Lodge Secretary:

3. Pay your $15.00 one time application fee and $72.00 annual dues using PayPal, or mail check made out to Order Sons of Italy and mail to our Lodge Secretary with your application. NOTE: If you are 15 to 20 years old, you do not pay fees or dues.
4. Attend a meeting accompied by your Sponsor. At that meeting, your Sponsor will speak to the General Membership on your behalf and the Membership will vote on your being accepted to the Lodge.
